Pumpkin Roll 🌯
Ingredients:
Pumpkin 200 g
Sweet paprika 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Dried basil 1 tsp
Red cabbage 50 g
Smoked tofu 40 g
Leek 10 g
Sunflower seeds 200 g
Avocado 1 piece
Water 50 g
Garlic 2 cloves
Lemon 1 tbsp
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Instructions:
1. Soak the seeds overnight.
2. Cut the pumpkin into small cubes and mix with the spices. Bake for 30 minutes at 200°C.
3. Rinse the seeds. Blend the seeds, water, garlic, lemon, and soy sauce in a blender.
4. Chop the cabbage.
5. On a flatbread, spread the seed sauce, add the cabbage, pumpkin, and tofu. Roll it up and fry for a couple of minutes on each side. Enjoy
